By accessing 2D Multiverse ("2DMV", "the Platform") at 2dmv.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2D Multiverse is a browser-based pixel art social platform featuring playable worlds ("Verses"), social features, commerce, and optional cryptocurrency integrations. The Platform is provided "as is" during its early access phase.
You may create an account using email, Google OAuth, or Phantom wallet. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.
You agree not to: use the Platform for illegal purposes; harass, bully, or threaten other users; impersonate others; upload malicious code; attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities; use bots or automated tools without permission; or interfere with the Platform's operation.
The Platform may offer virtual items, sprites, and in-game currency. These are licensed to you, not sold. We reserve the right to modify, remove, or adjust virtual items at any time. Purchases of virtual items are non-refundable unless required by law.
Cryptocurrency features are optional. The Platform is not a financial advisor. You are solely responsible for your wallet security, transactions, and any associated risks. We do not custody your funds.
You retain ownership of content you create (sprites, verse designs, messages). By sharing content on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the Platform. You must not upload content that infringes others' rights.
Founding Membership is a one-time purchase granting lifetime perks as described at time of purchase. Perks may evolve as the Platform develops. Founding Membership purchases are non-refundable.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ceases.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2D Multiverse and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via the Platform or email.
